  1. With the lockdown announced in Mumbai are all flights operational?
    Yes, all flights are operating as per schedule. We do request you to check with the concerned airlines for timing and pre boarding documentation requirements, in order to comply with them.
  2. How would the night curfew/weekend lockdown impact my travel to/from the airport?
    As per DMU/2020/CR. 92/DisM-1, dated 5th April 2021, all passengers will be allowed to freely travel provided they have a valid ticket for their journey.
  3. Are the food and beverage outlets open at the airport?
    Yes, all F&B and retail outlets are operational 24x7 at both T1 & T2. Keeping the covid norms in place, we also have a contactless transactions facility at all outlets.
  4. Do you have RT PCR Testing facility at the departure level?
    Yes we have RT PCR testing facilities available to both departing and arriving passengers.
    This facility is available both at T1 and T2.
  5. Are Public Transportation/taxis/app based taxis operational during night curfew and weekend lockdown?
    Yes, public transportation, prepaid taxis and app based services are operational at the airport. Passengers are requested follow covid protocols at all times when using these services.
  6. I am a transit passenger with 8-9 hours layover, do you have a transit facility?
    Yes, we have Niranta Transit Hotel where you can book your stay. The Transit hotel is complying by all covid protocols.

  7. Do you have an airport assistance service that I could book for my family?
    We have Pranaam Meet and Assist Services available at both T1 & T2. The service provides a complete assistance to pax till the boarding gates/car park.

  8. What covid protocols are being followed at the airport?
    CSMIA is ensuring a safe passage for all its passengers. We have sanitisation done at regular intervals, enforcing social distancing norms and also have sanitizers available at multiple touch points across the airport.
