With an objective to develop service culture at CSI Airport, the Q&CC team along with process owners from Facilities,
Terminal Operations, and Landside Departments organized plays for the Trolley Retrievers, Housekeeping Staff and Taxi
Drivers at T1B and Taxi Parking Area at Sahar, Mumbai.
The plays were attended by 10 Trolley Retrievers, 47 Housekeeping Staff and around 100 taxi drivers on 25th October 2012.
The play was performed by artists from Swati Amazing.
The message given to the staff and drivers through plays focused on their grooming and hygiene factors, courtesy (greeting
passengers), and sense of pride in their work to make CSI Airport a world class airport.
A brief interactive session was conducted before and after the plays
to connect with the audience and then they were served some refreshments that were appreciated by the staff.
Q&CC Team will organize many such plays and trainings shortly, engaging with various stakeholders at the airport.
The purpose of such activities is to connect with all internal and external stakeholders with the ultimate goal of
delighting passengers at CSI Airport.
